No-Gi Jiu Jitsu

Traditionally, Jiu Jitsu is trained in a Gi. However, we have experienced a huge popularity of No-Gi grappling due to different events (such as ADCC, Who’s Number One, EBI) as well as Mixed Martial Arts. Training in both compliment each other, as well as gives more comprehension of the art. Whether your goal is to compete, defend yourself, or just get healthy, no-gi training has its distinct benefits.

This class requires the following:

As stated previously, the sport is evolving, so our learning is always growing. From MMA to No Gi grappling organizations, it is essential to continuously dedicate time to understanding the latest and greatest techniques, while implementing the core principles. The techniques taught are used and tested in competition. We thrive to create the best grapplers and martial artists, and our instructors lead by example!
